Lipistart

Description
A nutritionally complete powdered formula, containing whole protein, carbohydrate, fat high in medium chain triglycerides (MCT) and low in long chain triglycerides (LCT), vitamins, minerals, trace elements and essential fatty acids.

Indications
For use in the dietary management of fat malabsorption, disorders of long chain fatty acid oxidation, Type 1 Hyperlipidemia and Chylothorax.

Dosage and Administration
• Dosage is to be determined by the clinician or dietitian
• The standard dose of 17.5% is made by adding 1 level scoop (6g) of Lipistart to 30ml of water

Important Notice
• Suitable for children from 12 months to 10 years of age
• Not for intravenous use

Storage
• Before opening: Lipistart should be stored in a cool, dry place
• Once opened: Use within one month
