Caution
The product must only be given to patients with proven metabolic disorders and under strict medical supervision. It is not to be used as a sole source of nutrition. The FlavorPac is not for parenteral use.
Dosage and Administration
Unflavored Gel: add ½ to 1 FlavorPac sachet to the Gel powder
Unflavored Express: add 1 FlavorPac sachet to the Express powder
Guidelines for Preparation and Use
1. Pour the contents of the FlavorPac sachet into the Vitaflo beaker with the appropriate sachet of protein substitute.
2. Add the required amount of water.
3. Secure the lid and shake well.
4. Serve and drink immediately
5. Cover and refrigerate any unused formula. Use prepared formula within 24 hours. Shake well before serving.
Storage
Store unopened sachets at room temperature. Avoid storing product in areas of extreme temperatures.
