Important Information
The product must only be given to patients with proven Maple Syrup Urine Disease under strict medical supervision. It is not to be used as a sole source of nutrition.
Dosage and Administration
- Dosage is to be determined by the clinician or dietitian
- Each sachet provides 50mg of Valine
Guidelines for Preparation and Use
- To be used in conjunction with a protein substitute for Maple Syrup Urine Disease
- Pour the contents of the Valine AA sachet into a beaker with a sachet of MSUD gel or MSUD express
- Add water as instructed
- Replace the lid firmly and shake for 10 seconds
- Drink immediately
